DB108 Designing open innovation Spaces:This module we used MIR analysis as a tool for reflection and guidance of the concepts. We combined our visions on the concept we had to make it even stronger. For feedback on this module click here.
Module DB516 Exploring the Business Canvas:This module we applied a sensing activity to get new ideas. Our team went out and made a lot of pictures on the subject, associating these pictures and combining them made it possible to generate a lot of ideas in a short time. I learned how to present an idea in a professional way with a good structure. For feedback on this module click here.

SDL activity Programming Schwippschwapp for Rob Zimmermann: This semester I decided to focus purely on research in the project, but as this competency is one of my strongest parts I decided to practise my integrating technology skills in the SDL weeks. You can read more about this project here For feedback on this project click here.
Project Apps on Wheels: Although I did not do anything with technology myself in this project I did research to what sensor could be used to measure the air quality. You can read more about this project here. For feedback on this project click here.

Module DB305 Persuasive Technology: This module was focused on devices and services that can help stimulate or change behavior. I gained several new insights in how to persuade people and have a lot of theory as backbone to support future projects. For more info about this module click here. For feedback on this module click here.
Module DB516 Exploring the Business Canvas: This module focused on combining different insights from different industrial perspectives, and user perspectives. We looked at what the meaning change would be with our new proposal. For feedback on this module click here.
Project Apps on Wheels: I applied the method co-constructing stories and made a questionaire. Besides this I talked to a lot of experts on the subject. You can read more about this project here. For feedback on this project click here.

Module DB516 Exploring the Business Canvas: This module focused on combining different insights from different industrial perspectives, and user perspectives. In one week we aplied the Actor-Network Theory to create a meaningfull productservice system (PSS). This module made me look different at the competency Social-Cultural Awareness I now see a strong connection now between the role of various businesses around a product and the competency. It is important to understand the value of possible stakeholders to give your product extra meaning opportunities. For example it is not wise to start doing something like data analysation of it is not your core business. This module made me see how severall stakeholders can work together to create an even better result. For feedback on this module click here.

Module DB516 Exploring the Business Canvas: This module focused on combining different insights from different industrial perspectives, and user perspectives. In one week we aplied the Actor-Network Theory to create a meaningfull productservice system (PSS). I chose this module because untill now I had not seen what the business side could mean for my design. This changed after doing the module Activating your innovation radar. I now see the business side of design as one of the core competencies where everything around functions to support this competency. By realy focusing on the clients needs and opportunities we as designers from Eindhoven have the capabilities to suprize them with new insights and directions becuase of our radical way of thinking. Experiencing this with real clients made me motivated again for the study and I found new strenght to continue. For feedback on this module click here.
DB108 Designing open innovation Spaces: This module introduce the concept open innovation spaces to me, I learned that innovation can be hard but if you are willin to share knowledge through several different levels (Different companies that share their info and work together) you can reach a higher pace of innovation. Key to this is are regular meetings with all different parties. My role as a disigner could be to facilitate these meetings and point out to the different companies what their responsibilities and opportunities are towards each other. One way to do this was how we dit in the module by explaining the current state of being of the product, and anlyzing the possibilities in a movie we where able to show them a new future. For feedback on this module click here.
Project Apps on Wheels: The things that I learned in the modules I wanted to aply in the project as well. I took the step of spreading around the video that I made for my project and asking for a short talk with a lot of experts in the field. I got a lot of responsed and they all liked the Ideas that I had. Taking this step to connect to different stakeholders will be easier for me in the future now I know what good it can bring to a project.here. For feedback on this project click here.

Project Apps on Wheels: This semester I had a strong focus on visuals. I felt that I was lacking something as a designer and decided to go for develloping my skills in illustrator to define myself more as a designer. I am happy that I took this extra effort develop the skill to make animation movies. This will help me to visualize the Ideas aond concepts that I have. here. For feedback on this project click here.
Module DB516 Exploring the Business Canvas: This module focused on combining different insights from different industrial perspectives, and user perspectives. In one week we aplied the Actor-Network Theory to create a meaningfull productservice system (PSS). We worked very efficiently with a group of 5 students together to create a a coherent story that we presented in an anymation movie.click here.

Project Apps on Wheels:This semester I had an individual project but I defenitly took a lot of effort to step outside the scope of the university and get into contact with others. I learned a lot what helpes to sell myself to others and get them interested into my project through video, visuals, and online workbooks such as pinterest. Now I have become familiar with this kind of aproach I am planning to do this a lot more actively in future projects. For more info about this project click here. For feedback on this project click here.
Module DB516 Exploring the Business Canvas: We worked very efficiently with a group of 5 students together to create a a coherent story that we presented in an anymation movie. The individual differences where taken into acount carefully and everybody was focusing on their stronger skills. Maybe a bit in the comfort zone but in this way the communication went fluently and we could learn a lot from eachothers skills.click here.
DB108 Designing open innovation Spaces:In this module the teamwork was a bit searching, we did not new eachother at all and it took a while before our visions where on one line. For future situations that are more or less the same I will be able to recognise this situation and will propose to put all the different expetations and vision on the concept on the table. For feedback on this module click here.
Module DB305 Persuasive Technology: This module I worke together with Ken Chen and Anouk Ranst. It was very pleasant working together with them. It was a bit searching for me how to fit in the strong visual skills of Ken and the strong creative drive of Anouk. I learned that I had to be less uncertaintain about my analytical skills and understanding of the theory I wanted to conferm everything but this was not efficient at all.here. For feedback on this module click here.

Project Apps on Wheels:This was my first project where I realy had to focus on research. I had difficulties getting structure in the process and defining research questions. I was too easily distracted by the amount of information available. The aplied theories went ok but I could have aplied more if I would experiment more. Now I wanted to do everything perfect, better would have been to do multiple iterations. Now I defined itterations in my process which actualy where just new starting points for new activities. In the future I want to combine my design skills more with research skills. For more info about this project click here. For feedback on this project click here.
Module DB516 Exploring the Business Canvas: The structure of this module could very easily be aplied in future projects. It proofed for me to be a perfect first iteration for my project. I am planning to use the same kind of setup as a presure cooker for future projects. For feedback about this module click here.
DB108 Designing open innovation Spaces:The MIR analysis prooved to be a good tool as a basis for a reflection on the concepts. I think Oscar Tomico’s way of presenting information physicly on the table was very interesting. A lot of contextual information could be found in the different projects. The key thing that I learned here is that is far more easy to say something about your concept in relation to other concepts, of even previous iterations than to describe the project seperatly. For feedback on this module click here.

Module DB305 Persuasive Technology: This module I learned a lot about theories of how to persuade people to change behavior. The theories provide me with the steps to be taken when implementing a new product/ new behavior. I still have to practise applying these theories in a project which I am planning to do for my future projects. For more information about this module click here. For feedback on this module click here.

Module DBB09 Coaching Experience:The communication and reflection skills I learned during this module can help me to structure my research process better in the future. I learned more about the reflective transformative design process and about vision of our education. For more information about this module click here. For feedback on this module click here.

Module DB516 Exploring the Business Canvas: This module we worked very independent because I could guided the process. The structe was more ore less the same as in the Activating your innovation radar module so most things felt familiar. I was more proactive and less on the background than previous module. For feedback about this module click here.Project Apps on Wheels:This project I worked very individual and I did not ask for that much help from my coach. As my process can be a bit chaotic and can be better structured I will plann in more meetings with my coach. I feel that I have learned a lot in terms of theory about design research and the subject air quality, but I could have done a lot more besides reading theory. I started too late with contacting experts and actualy integrating technology to make a working prototype was not possible. This was mainly due the fact that a research project was very new for me and I did not felt confident in making decisions. For more info about this project click here. For feedback on this project click here.

SDL activity Programming Schwippschwapp for Rob Zimmermann: This semester I decided to focus purely on research in the project, but as this competency is one of my strongest parts I decided to practise my integrating technology skills in the SDL weeks.
